What’s all this for?
Given the EU's goals and objectives to achieve climate neutrality by 2050, our buildings play an important role as they are responsible for around 36% of global CO2 emissions. Inefficient existing buildings in particular contribute to this high percentage.
What are we planning to do?
The foundation should therefore examine measures that can be taken for the existing property and compare their effectiveness with the investment costs. The focus should be on non-invasive solution methods that do not require major structural measures.
A catalog of measures should be created here, which compares individual measures in relation to financial and non-financial KPIs. This will later be converted into an interactive online tool.
