What’s all this for?

The needs and problems of office users are often more complex than they appear at first glance. If you only look at them superficially, the solutions are often not effective in practice. In this context, the system thinking method should be examined in more detail.

What are we planning to do?

Systems thinking helps analyze and solve complex problems by looking at the entire interactions and connections within a system. It enables a holistic view and helps to identify problems at a structural level, minimize undesirable side effects and develop sustainable solutions.

Together with the HTW Berlin, the system thinking method will be used by students at the Schindler Campus in Berlin and user satisfaction will be examined.
